Embassy of Heaven Forum Guidelines
Welcome to the Embassy of Heaven Forums where we share our experiences and insights on living in Christ's Kingdom. As people of the Truth, we only have a few guidelines to help us stay on focus. We ask for your cooperation.
We do not accept third party articles which are cut and pasted into the forum. Nor do we accept articles with links to other websites that offer legal solutions.
We seek to follow the Spirit of Jesus when dealing with our trials and tribulations. Do not write about court procedures, Uniform Commercial Code, case law, statutes, secular judges, attorneys, policemen, etc. Our hope is not in men but rather in Christ and his promises. Cast not your pearls to the swine (Matthew 7:6).
Our Forums are a place where people help each other by sharing their experiences. That is why they exist. The forums are not for the purpose of expressing your negative feelings about particular individuals, races, religions, or political persuasions.
The Forums are not here for individuals or companies to promote their products or themselves. We reject postings that advertise particular companies or products, even if you feel you are providing some kind of "service" or "news". This includes promoting your favorite websites.
Those who post to the Forums agree not to argue about the following foundational facts: God does exist and Jesus Christ is His Son. Jesus Christ appointed us His Father's Kingdom (Luke 22:24-30) and we are citizens of that government. God's government is on this earth and as Christians we are called to Christianize the world.
Violating either the literal meaning or the spirit of the above rules will result in the member's post being terminated. When you post to the Embassy Forums, you explicitly agree to abide by the above rules and understand the possible consequences of not doing so.
We also would like to ask everybody to treat others the way they would like to be treated. Too many good Forums have been ruined by flame wars. We like to view the Forum as a kind of 24 hours a day, 365 days a year place to fellowship with others of like mind. As such, we would like to ask Forum posters to conduct themselves as if they were face to face with both the fellow members of the community and the hosts.
